CHAD LESHER
Chad Lesher is the President and founder of CSL Materials, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. He began his career with Carlisle SynTec Systems at its corporate headquarters in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as a Special Projects Technician and advanced through a variety of technical, sales, and leadership roles, including Strategic Accounts, Technical Manager, and Regional Manager.
In 2011, when Carlisle transitioned to an independent representative model in North Texas and Oklahoma, Chad founded CSL Materials. He continued the organization’s growth in 2014 with the founding of CSL West alongside Brandon Dawson in Colorado. Since then, CSL has expanded into additional territories, manufacturer partnerships, services, and capabilities while remaining focused on serving the commercial roofing industry.
Today, Chad leads CSL with an emphasis on building strong teams, trusted relationships, and long-term partnerships with customers and manufacturers. His leadership continues to guide the company’s growth while staying true to the relationships and values on which CSL was founded.

CHAD MORGAN
Chad Morgan started with CSL in 2014. Chad has worked in the construction industry for 16 years. For the past 13 years, Chad worked with Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing in Dallas Texas. Chad held many positions from Waterproofing Project Coordinator, Roofing Project Coordinator, Roofing Operations, Roofing Sales, and Roofing Sales Manager. Chad covers the North Texas region for CSL Materials.

Daniel Dodd joined CSL Materials in 2017. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Daniel brings over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. After beginning his career as an estimator for a general contractor, he moved to the commercial roofing and waterproofing industry. Daniel’s primary focus is to promote Carlisle Dens Deck and Metal-Era Edge Systems.

Spencer Haines joined CSL Materials in 2020 as our Waterproofing and Roof Coatings Sales Manager. Spencer is a Marine Corps Veteran with 10 years of experience in the building materials industry. His commercial roofing distribution and contracting background brings a diverse knowledge base to our team and the market.

TR Mayfield has spent 35 years in the roofing industry building strong relationships and helping contractors and distributors find long-term roofing solutions with Carlisle’s proven systems and innovative products. He enjoys working alongside roofing professionals throughout the Houston market and takes pride in providing dependable support and education. Outside of work, TR enjoys spending time with his family, especially his three grandchildren, as well as attending car cruises and car shows.

CHASE PULLIAM
Chase Pulliam, Vice President, of Central Region, joined CSL Materials in 2019. Chase is a graduate of The University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond and a native of Hammond, Louisiana. His responsibilities include promoting the specialty product lines for CSL Materials with contractors, architects, consultants, and distributors in Oklahoma. Chase brings a background in Business Development from the Oil & Gas industry, throughout Oklahoma, Texas & New Mexico.

James joined CSL in 2024 and is based in Edmond, OK, where he resides with his wife and daughter. Originally from Amarillo, TX, he is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and brings a strong background in roofing and sales. His extensive knowledge of roofing products and solutions, coupled with his dedication to exceptional customer service, makes him a valuable asset to the team. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and engaging in outdoor activities such as hunting and golfing.

Scotty Adams joined CSL Materials in 2022. He is responsible for promoting Carlisle SynTec and related specialty product lines for CSL Materials to contractors, architects, consultants, and distributors in the Arkansas market. Scotty brings nearly a decade of experience in outside sales, business development, and Project Management experience in the roofing and sheet metal industry. In his free time, Scotty enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons.

Austin Krusec joined CSL Materials in 2017. Austin is a graduate of Michigan State University. Prior to joining CSL, Austin worked for Carlisle SynTec as a Field Service Representative and then as a PVC Specialist. Austin manages CSL’s Design Services department, which uses his technical background to provide job-specific shop drawings, individual details, tapered designs, sheet layouts, specification review, and other offerings to our customers.

SUSAN DEATON
Susan Deaton joined CSL Materials in 2014 and brings 25 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. As Inside Sales & Marketing Manager, Susan leads initiatives that support CSL’s customers, sales team, and continued growth. Her experience spans the processes, resources, and systems that connect sales, marketing, project support, customer success, and operations. Susan works closely with customers and the CSL team to provide training and resources, support project and order management, strengthen customer relationships, and improve the tools and processes that support the business. Susan is passionate about building strong relationships, improving processes, and finding better ways to support CSL’s customers and sales team.

Jocelyn Brindle joined CSL Materials in 2023 and provides Inside Sales support across all CSL territories. Drawing on her background in social work and education, Jocelyn brings strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to her role. Jocelyn assists contractors, architects, and CSL representatives with submittal packages and training, substitution requests, warranty portal training and support, LEED and standard letters, Authorized Applicator letters, AIA Lunch and Learn support, and samples and literature. Her supportive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others make her a valuable resource for both the CSL team and our customers.
MALIA FELLENBAUM
Malia Fellenbaum supports the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen CSL’s brand presence, customer engagement, and partnerships across all markets served. Her role includes brand and website management, digital and social media, newsletters, marketing campaigns, events, presentations, and the development of resources that support CSL’s sales team, customers, and manufacturer partners. Prior to joining CSL, Malia worked at Carlisle SynTec Systems as a Marketing Brand Intern and later as a Marketing Coordinator. She earned her master’s degree in Creative Business Leadership from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Based in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, Malia enjoys pickleball, paddleboarding, painting, and spending time with her family and dog.
