CHAD LESHER
Chad has over 20 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry, which stems from his long history working for Carlisle SynTec. Starting as a Technical Specialist for Carlisle at their corporate headquarters in Pennsylvania, Chad held many positions ranging from Strategic Accounts, Technical Manager, and Regional Manager. As Carlisle was looking to make a strategic move in North Texas and Oklahoma by going to an independent rep and dual distribution model, CSL Materials was created a short time later.

Chad Morgan started with CSL in 2014. Chad has worked in the construction industry for 16 years. For the past 13 years, Chad worked with Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing in Dallas Texas. Chad held many positions from Waterproofing Project Coordinator, Roofing Project Coordinator, Roofing Operations, Roofing Sales, and Roofing Sales Manager. Chad covers the North Texas region for CSL Materials.

Daniel Dodd joined CSL Materials in 2017. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Daniel brings over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. After beginning his career as an estimator for a general contractor, he moved to the commercial roofing and waterproofing industry. Daniel’s primary focus is to promote Carlisle Dens Deck and Metal-Era Edge Systems.

Outside of work, TR enjoys spending time with his family, especially his three grandchildren, as well as attending car cruises and car shows.

Chase Pulliam, Vice President, of Central Region, joined CSL Materials in 2019. Chase is a graduate of The University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond and a native of Hammond, Louisiana. His responsibilities include promoting the specialty product lines for CSL Materials with contractors, architects, consultants, and distributors in Oklahoma. Chase brings a background in Business Development from the Oil & Gas industry, throughout Oklahoma, Texas & New Mexico.

James joined CSL in 2024 and is based in Edmond, OK, where he resides with his wife and daughter. Originally from Amarillo, TX, he is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and brings a strong background in roofing and sales. His extensive knowledge of roofing products and solutions, coupled with his dedication to exceptional customer service, makes him a valuable asset to the team. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and engaging in outdoor activities such as hunting and golfing.

Scotty Adams joined CSL Materials in 2022. Scotty brings nearly a decade of experience in outside sales, business development, and Project Management experience in the roofing and sheet metal industry. Austin Krusec joined CSL Materials in 2017. Austin is a graduate of Michigan State University. Prior to joining CSL, Austin worked for Carlisle SynTec as a Field Service Representative and then as a PVC Specialist. Austin manages CSL’s Design Services department, which uses his technical background to provide job-specific shop drawings, individual details, tapered designs, sheet layouts, specification review, and other offerings to our customers.

Susan Deaton joined CSL in 2014. Susan brings to the CSL Team over 22 years of experience in the single-ply roofing industry. Malia Fellenbaum’s role supports the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand presence and partnerships across all markets served. Previously, Malia worked at Carlisle SynTec Systems as a Marketing Brand Intern and later as a Marketing Coordinator. Malia earned her master’s degree in Creative Business Leadership from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Based in Hummelstown, PA, she enjoys pickleball, paddleboarding, painting, and spending time with her family and dog.
