Job Title: Territory Sales Representative
Based: Houston, TX
Reports To: Vice President, South Texas Region

The Territory Sales Representative will serve as a trusted partner to our authorized applicators, distribution partners, and the design community by delivering value-driven sales and technical support throughout the South Texas market. This role is responsible for managing, promoting, and supporting the sales process for all product lines we represent, while building strong, long-term relationships and consistently pursuing excellence in service, knowledge, and execution. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who takes ownership of their territory, communicates openly and effectively, and is committed to both personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, promote, and support the sales process for all product lines represented, while building and strengthening relationships with authorized applicators, distribution partners, and the design community.

  • Develop, execute, and take ownership of a strategic territory development plan by analyzing sales and marketing data to drive profitable growth and increased market share.

  • Provide consistent value to customers through strong technical support, deep product knowledge, and timely, solution-oriented service.

  • Conduct training events, continuing education courses, and product demonstrations that support informed decision-making and long-term customer success.

  • Communicate openly and effectively with management by providing verbal and written reports on customer needs, market conditions, competitive activity, and opportunities for new products and services.

  • Stay well-informed on product applications, technical services, market trends, and competitive activity through ongoing industry education and collaboration with industry experts.

  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism within local contractor associations and professional organizations such as RCI, CSI, and AIA.

Required Skills & Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Roofing knowledge and/or industry experience strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with accountability and professionalism

Total Compensation: ~ $100,000/year + benefits. Compensation is commensurate with experience, proven performance, and aptitude for the position. Necessary equipment and resources provided. References required.
