Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Compensation: $50,000+ base salary per year (depending on experience)

CSL Materials, the largest commercial roofing and building-envelope representative agency in the U.S., is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our growing team. This role focuses on creating and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors while promoting the innovative products of our manufacturing partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage marketing campaigns that promote CSL and manufacturing partner’s products across digital, print, and event channels.
Create content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and technical marketing materials that highlight CSL’s solutions.
Coordinate CSL events such as Lunch & Learns, trade shows, and community initiatives, ensuring professional branding and execution.
Maintain CSL’s website and LinkedIn presence, driving engagement and visibility.
Track email campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and provide insights to improve reach and effectiveness.
Support the development of training materials, sell sheets, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing touchpoints.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging messaging.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot/CRM platforms).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
